To Reserve: Valid Credit Card is needed at the time of booking the reservation and during hotel check-in.
Payment: The balance of your reservation is due 72 hours prior to arrival. This will be processed on the card on file. Please be sure to bring along the card you have secured your room with.
Every Occupant of a room must be regiseterd regardless of age.
Groups: Further deposits required as date approaches. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival for guaranteed numbers or actual numbers whichever is greater.
Deposit: $150 per night per room is required to secure your reservations. $200 for one night reservations.
If you are selecting a package that is less than $150 per night we will reduce the deposit requirement to $100 per night.
Please enquire about our "Tentative booking policy" if you are not in a position to reserve with a deposit. If you are uncertain of your availability please call us to discuss your options, we are very happy to work with you.
Cancellation: Your deposit will be refunded less our $50 per room administration fee when at least 21 days written notice of cancellation is received. With 20 days notice of cancellation the deposit is forfeited. With 7 days notice one night will be charged to your account, with 72 hours notice you will be charged the balance of your reservation.
Check In Time: 4:00 pm. A 2pm early check in may be available for $50 inquire closer to your date of arrival.
We are happy to offer this service for an additional $50 fee. Please note this is an option, you are under no obligation to select early check in and will not be charged this fee unless you request the early check in. To ensure that your room is ready by noon we request 1 weeks notice when possible to help give us time to make the necessary arrangements. For an even earlier check in please check for availability 24 hours before arrival. Please make special arrangements if you require a check in after 10 pm.
Check Out Time: -11:00 a.m. If you wish to end your holiday with a leisurely check out and a few extra hours use of our facilities please enquire at the front desk 24 hours prior. For an additional $50 we may be able to extend your check out to 3 pm or later.
Lost Keys: $50 charge for each key not returned. Please return your key to front desk when checking out.
Room type: We can guarantee a room type but not specific room by number. We will do our best to accommodate a special room request but not guarantee it.
For example you may request a Lake facing room but not lake facing room perhaps # 3...
