Payment: Payment is due on arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Interac, or Cash. Sorry no personal cheques except for advance deposit or prepayment in full if time allows.

Deposit: To guarantee room a deposit is required by personal cheque or money order. If not enough time to mail cheque we will accept credit card deposit. Date on cheque must be the date cheque is written. No post dated cheques unless agreed in advance and dated at least 21 days prior to arrival date.

A reservation is a firm contract for both sides, not to be made lightly. We guarantee a room for you, we do not overbook... and you guarantee to honour the reservation as made.

$150 PER NIGHT per regular main lodge room ($200 for one night)

$200 PER NIGHT per luxury chalet suite and jacuzzi room ($300 for one night)

Cancellation:  When 21 days written notice of cancellation is received we will refund your deposit less our $50 per room administration fee.  If 21 days notice is not possible we may be able to transfer the deposit to an alternate date less our $50 administration fee, please call Sara for details.

Sorry, no adjustments for early departure, late arrival, missed meals or non use of resort amenities. Guest is responsible for full payment for full reservation as made.

Check In Time: After 3:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: Before 11:00 a.m. after which an extra charge applies.

Lost Keys: $10. charge for each key not returned.
