This is the first view of our inn. "A feeling of calm"  is a frequently heard comment from guests as they walk on the winding gravel road accented with granite rocks... no vehicles or parking allowed next to the building in keeping with the wilderness feel and to provide a  view of nature from all the balconies.  To the right is a small bay and forest. The lake is feet from the inn at the end of the pathway and at the back on the left side. Photo is taken from a garden area by the parking lot.

The structure reminds one of an "Olde Rocky Mountain Lodge"...yet is modern,  a relatively new resort built by Viceroy Homes in 1986...decorated lodge style with lots of wood, antiques and "olde lodge" memorabilia & collectibles... antique snowshoes, skates,  wooden golf clubs...deer antlers, decoys, Aladdin lamps!
